Glass kitchen Brillant.
DOORS:
- Aluminium frame with extruded handle:
made of aluminium alloy, processed on numeric control workstations and oxidised in Brill or Brown finish.
- Transparent smooth Stopsol glass:
rectangular, AGC bronze finish, roughly 4 mm-thick with round, rough bevelled edge and paint, matt finish.
- Transparent smooth satin-finish glass:
Glaverbel rectangular satin finish, roughly 4 mm-thick with round, rough bevelled edge and paint, matt finish
- Smooth coloured glass:
Guardian clear rectangular, roughly 4 mm-thick with round, rough bevelled edge and paint, matt finish, subsequently decorated when cold using a roller in the finishes envisaged.
- Panelled coloured glass:
Guardian clear rectangular, roughly 4 mm-thick with round, rough bevelled edge and paint, matt finish, engraved with polished horizontal lines, roughly 4 mm-thick with paint and subsequently decorated when cold using a roller in the finishes envisaged.
- Floral décor glass:
Guardian clear rectangular, roughly 4 mm-thick with round, rough bevelled edge and paint, matt finish, subsequently silk-screened on a frame to create the floral motif and then decorated when cold using a roller in the finishes envisaged.
- LINE handle:
slotted into the aluminium frame, Brill and Brown finish, 183 mm long

- partial extraction with 86 mm-high sides;
- steel sides and back with simple grey wall (RAL9006);
- 16 mm-thick grey melamine panel bottom;
- steel side guides with plastic runner wheels;
- 25 Kg dynamic capacity;
- interlock system to prevent accidental unhooking;
- two-dimensional regulation of the front with nickel-plated steel fastenings.

COMPONENTS:
- Fridge column base: shockproof moulded black polystyrene with 10 mm wooden ribs.
- Cylindrical aluminium feet: high strength adjustable to 50 or 70 mm high.
- Cylindrical polybend feet: high strength type T in adjustable heights of 50/70/100/120 mm.
- Hinges: steel with galvanised insert made of copper and nickel. Three-dimensional adjustment and quick unhooking.
- Wall unit brackets: plastic structure and adjustable galvanised steel hook. 65 Kg load supported (DIN 68840).
- Sink bottoms: in embossed steel.
- Baskets for unit: chrome-finished steel wire Ø 5-7 mm.
ACCESSORIES:
- Skirting:
made of stainless Mirror colours rigid PVC, covered with 0.30 mm anodised aluminium lamina. Glued onto the support with the application of primer and solvent-free glues. Soft PVC packing.
- Skirting:
Rigid aluminium, Brown colour trimmed with 0.30 mm anodised aluminium lamina. Glued to support with the application of primer and solvent-free glues. Soft PVC seal.
- Rises:
base made of rigid extruded PVC, with soft PVC co-extruded packing; covering: with superflex-folden paper (0.1-0.2 mm thick) or anodised aluminium foil (0.3 mm thick).
- Gloss lacquer shelves:
made with 19 mm-thick class E1 MDF support with white melamine on the back. After completing operation with the pantograph, a white polyester base coat is applied to the panel for use under all colours apart from red, which must have a red base to guarantee even coverage. Smoothing of the surfaces and edges. Application of matt colour, by robot for standard colours. After this has dried, gloss is applied directly to the visible part and edges.
- Spacer sides for base units and columns. Faced chipboard: made with 20 or 40 mm-thick wood chip panels, with reduced formaldehyde content (class E1). Finished with matt champagne colour melamine outside. Head edge made of 2 mm-thick PVC.
- Spacer sides for base units and columns. Gloss lacquer: made with 19 mm-thick MDF support, class E1, white faced chipboard on the back. After using the pantograph, a coat of white polyester primer is applied for all colours, apart from red, which must have a red primer to offer better coverage and evenness. Polishing surfaces
and edges. Application of the matt colour first, using a robot, in the standard colours. Drying is followed by the application of the gloss to the visible part and to the edges.
